Dark Chocolate Blueberry Ice Cream

Ingredients :
2 packages (6 ounces or 1 1/4 cup each) Blueberries
1 cup sugar
1/8 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
3 ounces bar dark chocolate, chopped into small chunks (or 1/2 cup of mini semi-sweet morsels)
Directions :
Mix blueberries, sugar, and salt in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir occasionally until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool 20 minutes. Puree in a blender. Stir puree together with heavy cream, milk and lemon juice. Chill in refrigerator overnight. Pour into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Swirl in dark chocolate by pouring small chunks into machine during last 5 minutes of freezing.

Blueberry Jicama Fruit Salad

Ingredients :
1 package (6 ounces) Blueberries
1 cup jicama cubes (1/4-inch)
1 cups seedless red watermelon cubes (1/4-inch)
1 cups seedless yellow watermelon cubes (1/4-inch)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
Fleur de Sel or coarse salt, if desired
Directions :
Combine blueberries, jicama, melon, mint, lime zest and juice in a medium bowl. Stir gently to combine.
Let stand 15 minutes for flavors to blend, or refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve salad in martini or margarita glasses, and sprinkle lightly with salt if desired.

Ingredients :
Puff Pastry
4 Eggs
200 Grams Cheddar Cheese
100 Grams Mushrooms
50 Grams Onion
50 Grams Green Bell Pepper
200 Grams boiled Chicken
Besides that, you can use any kind of meat and vegetable you like. The cheese is important. I strongly suggest you use it. It kind of acts like glue.
Directions :
In a bowl, mix together Cheese, Mushrooms, Onion, Green bell pepper and boiled Chicken.
Roll out some puff pastry on a floured surface. You are looking to make a circle with about an 8 inch diameter. Make sure you rub some flour on your rolling pin too, so the pastry won't stick to it.
Put the omelet mix in the middle of the puff pastry circle and make a well.
Crack an egg into the well and season with salt and pepper.
Fold the pastry into you a triangle. If you find that the edges aren't sticking to each other very well, brush a little bit of water on the pastry.
Bake at 350 for about 7 -10 mins until the pastry is lightly brown. If you take it out earlier, the egg with be more over easy.
Tips :
The only tips I can offer on this recipe is the puff pastry. If possible, try to find puff pastry that is made with butter, not shortening.Be sure to transfer the puff pastry from the freezer to the fridge the night before so it will be thawed when it comes time to make them.

2 Cups White Sugar
1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Butter
5 Tbsp Cocoa
2 Tsp Vanilla
3 Cups Oats
1 Cup Coconut
I have also heard these cookies called No-bakes (especially when peanut butter is added).
Directions :
Place a medium/large pot on your stove, mix White Sugar, Milk, Butter, Cocoa and Vanilla. Boil it for about 1 minute.Add oats and coconut and stir well with a wooden spoon.Put a sheet of wax or parchment paper on a cookie sheet or your counter top and using 2 soup spoons, scoop some mixture on to the sheet and then shape it into a mound on the paper.Let the cookies sit until they are completely cool, about 20-30 minutes.
Yep! easy as that, no need of baking. you can serve it with ice cream.
Notes :
The mixture is very hot, but it cools quickly so you have to work fast. One way of working fast is to use a small ice cream scoop. This is a very efficient way of doing it, but I like the look of the cookie better when you do it by hand.

Icing for Heart Cupcakes :
2 cups confectioners' sugar

We recommend using a Wilton Dimensions Mini heart shaped pan to create the unique top for these berry cupcakes.
Directions :
Heart Cupcakes :
Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Combine butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Beat for a total of 3 minutes, scrapping the sides of the bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, alternating with crushed strawberries. Beat 2 minutes. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured Wilton Dimensions 6-heart pans and one 12-cup cupcake pan. Bake 30 minutes, or until cake tests done. Turn out onto wire cooling racks to cool.
Icing for Heart Cupcakes :
Combine sugar, margarine, vanilla and milk until smooth and creamy in a large bowl, using a hand-held mixer. When cakes are cool, assemble heart cupcakes with round cupcakes. Use a quarter size dollop of icing on round cupcake bottom to attach heart-shaped cupcake as the top. Sprinkle heavily with confectioner's sugar. Spear center with three 4-3/4-inch Paddle Bamboo Picks, paddle side up. Attach three raspberries. (Or any cocktail pick with a topper that will allow the raspberries to fit securely on top.) 1 Pound crab meat
¼ Cup finely chopped onion

1 Egg
1/8 Teaspoon cayenne pepper

Chipotle Sauce :
2 Whole chipotle chilies (canned smoked jalapeno peppers)
1 Cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
½ Cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions :
Crab Cake :
In a medium bowl combine the crabmeat, onion, bell pepper, 1 cup of the breadcrumbs. Mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard, egg, cayenne, paprika, salt and parsley; mix until well blended.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
Spray baking sheet lightly with vegetable oil.
Place remaining bread crumbs in a bowl.
Form crab cakes about 1 inch in diameter.
Coat both sides with breadcrumbs and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and serve warm with a dollop of the Chipotle sauce recipe on top of each.
Makes 24 small crab cakes or 12 large crab cakes.

2 ½ Pounds beef stew meat cut in chunks
2 Tablespoons cooking oil
3 Cups water
2 Beef bouillon cubes
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Cloves minced garlic
2 Teaspoons salt
½ Teaspoon paprika
½ Teaspoon black pepper
6 Small carrots cut into chunks
1 Jar (16 ounces) small whole onions
1 Can (16 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
¼ Cup cold water
2 Teaspoons cornstarch
½ Teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
Directions :
Brown meat in hot oil in a Dutch oven; add water, bouillon cubes, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, paprika and pepper.
Cover and simmer for 1hour and 15 minutes; add more water to cover beef if necessary.
Add carrots, jar of onions and liquid, and cranberry sauce; simmer for 45 minutes longer.
Combine and mix in a small bowl the cornstarch and water; add to stew and stir until thickened.
Add Kitchen Bouquet and heat 5 minutes.

1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup butter

Beat butter and sugar, add 2 eggs, almond essence and fold in flour, batter will be a bit crumbly.
Form dough in log shape and put in cling and refrigerate. when the dough is set, cut out slices and roll into balls, place on a baking sheet, put an almond in the centre of the cookie, press down lightly.
Repeat till all dough is used, brush cookies with beaten egg and bake at 180 degrees C for 15 minutes or till golden. Let cool on wire rack. Store in air tight box.

Directions :
Soak separately 125 gm tamarind, 125 gm dried plums and 125 gm dried apricot overnight in one cup of water each, remove seeds from all three and blend well. Strain and cook all together with 2 cups water, 1/2 cup sugar for 20 minutes and remove from the stove.
To Serve :
Put ice in a blender with blended mixture, add Lemon's Juice and blend well. Serve chilled.Sugar and Lemon's quantity can be adjusted by will.

1/2 kg Mince meat
1 Onion grounded
1 Capsicum (cut into cubes)

4 Green chilies chopped

1 tsp Chili powder

Directions :
Mix together 1 ground onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp All spice, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp chili powder, 3 tbsp coriander leaves, 4 chopped green chilies, 1 cup bread crumbs and 1 egg very well in mince. Make into sausage shape kebab, pan fry for 7 to 8 minutes with 2 tbsp oil.In another pan heat ¼ cup oil, add 5 baby onions and 5 boiled baby potatoes, fry till its color turn to golden brown, add capsicum cubes and pan fried kebab, gently mix everything. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Chicken Tandoori Biryani

For chicken :
1 whole chicken (preferably 1000 to 1200 grams)
200 Grams Yogurt
1 tsp crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp whole spice(Garam Masala)
2 tbsp red chili powder
1 lemon's juice
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp oil
1 pinch yellow food color
1 1/2 tbsp Salt or as you like
For Biryani :
600 grams or 3 cups rice
1/2 cup oil
1 medium choped onion
2 tomatoes
4 chopped green chilies
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
3 black cardamom
4 cloves
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
2 leaves cinnamon
1 tsp whole spice(garam masala) powder
½ tsp whole black cumin
2 tsp or to taste Salt.
2 Lemon's juice
50 grams yogurt
a pinch of yellow food color
Directions :
For chicken tandoori :
Take a mixing bowl add 200 Grams yogurt, 1 lemon's juice, 2 tbsp red chili powder, 1/2 tsp whole spice powder, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 pinch food yellow color, oil and salt to taste mix well. Then put the chicken in a bowl and properly marinate with the mixture. you have to marinate it overnight in refrigerator.then get it out next day and steam the chicken with steamer for 20 minutes and turn the chicken over to ensure both the sides are fully cooked.. Now placed the chicken in oven tray and brush the chicken with ghee or oil. Put the tray into pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Chicken is ready.
For rice :
Soak 600 grams or 3 cups rice in water for 30 min. Now add rice with a sufficient amount of water, 1/2tsp black cumin in a saucepan and boil till the rice is half done. Strain the water.
For qorma :
In a skillet heat 1/2 cup ghee, then add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste,green chilies and salt.you have to saute it possibly for 2 minutes then add black cardamoms, cinnamon sticks,cloves, crushed coriander seeds, whole spices(Garam Masala).mix it and add 1 cup water and mix 1 cup water with 50 grams yogurt aside in a bowl and add it in the mixture immediately after adding water because yogurt should be added when the mixture is still cold and not started to boil. cook it on a low heat until a uniform mixture is formed .The qorma is ready.
Put 1/2 of the qorma in a skillet and add 1/2 of rice layer over it. After that put the remaining qorma. Then put the remaining rice. then by using your hands add a pinch of dry yellow color on some portion of rice leaving some portions plain white and then spread lemon's juice on it. Then put the chicken over the rice .Then cover it make sure no heat or steam coming out from the pot, you can put weights on the lid if you want and simmer over a lowest flame for 5 to 7 minutes. open it and took out your chicken and mix the rice well and then put the chicken in the middle of the serving tray and put the rice around it. The chicken tandoori biryani is ready to serve.

Ingredients for filling :

4 Lettuce leaves
Directions :
To make the bihari boti, take a mixing bowl. add 1/2 kg undercut beef or Mutton, 1 Onion chopped
100 gm Yogurt, 1/2 tsp White cumin, 1 tsp Whole spices, 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder, 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste, 4 tbsp Mustard oil, 3 tbsp Papaya paste, 4 tbsp roasted crushed chickpeas, 2 chopped green chilies and salt required. Mix the contents of the bowl together and leave aside for 2-3 hours.
Thread the marinated beef onto skewers and grill with coal or bake in an oven If you want you can also fry the beef and later flavor with charcoal smoke.
Mayo chili garlic sauce :
Take a mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce. Mix well. The sauce is ready to serve.
To assemble the burgers slice each of the 4 buns into two halves. Spread the mayo chili garlic sauce onto each half, place the behari boti and top with sliced cucumbers, lettuce leaves and onion rings. Cover the bun slice with the other half and serve.

Whisk together cream and yogurt. Peel and cut bananas roughly and put them in a blender jar. Add instant coffee powder and blend till smooth. Half fill small glasses with this mixture. For the chicken :
8 boneless chicken thighs, skin removed
1 lemon, juice only
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
For the marination :
1.5 tsp cumin seeds
4 large cloves garlic
4 cm ginger
1 red onion
150 ml natural yogurt
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
For the sauce :
2 tsp tomato purée
125 ml single cream, or Greek yogurt
3 tbsp coriander leaves, finely chopped
3 cm ginger, grated
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
100 g butter
Directions :
For marinating the chicken, make 2 slashes across each chicken thigh with a sharp knife. This helps the marinating ingredients seep into the meat. Place the thighs, in a single layer, in a ceramic dish. Mix the lemon juice and chili powder and spoon over the chicken, coating well on both sides. Leave on one side for 20 minutes. Heat a small heavy-based pan or griddle over a moderate heat and toast the cumin seeds, stirring all the time, until they give off a lovely nutty aroma - this doesn't take long - about 30 seconds. Tip the cumin seeds into a mortar and pound with a pestle until they are ground to a powder. Don't worry if it isn't too fine.
Roughly chop the garlic cloves, ginger and onion and grind in a food processor until smooth - you might need to add a spoon of yogurt to help it on its way. Stir in the remaining yogurt, garam masala, coriander and half of the ground cumin. Reserve the remainder for the sauce. Season with salt. Pour this yogurt marinade over the chicken thighs. Cover with plastic wrap and chill overnight in a refrigerator. If you can, turn the chicken once while it's marinating. The next day, preheat a grill to its hottest setting with the grill-pan in place. Take the chicken out of its marinade and arrange the pieces on the preheated grill pan. Grill near the top of the grill for 3-5 minutes on each side - until tender and beginning to char around the edges. Remove from the grill, save any cooking juices, and keep warm while you make the sauce. For the sauce, whisk the tomato puree with enough hot water to make up the volume to 200ml. Stir in the cream or Greek yogurt, coriander, ginger, sugar lemon juice and reserved cumin. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour in the sauce. Bring to a simmer, stirring, and when hot, add the cooked chicken pieces and accumulated juices. Season to taste, reheat and serve with a stack of naans or freshly boiled rice. chocolate, letters and numbers, such as Silver Spoon
Directions :
Preheat the oven to 170C/ fan 150C/gas 3. Line muffin trays with 18 Cupcake papers. Place all the cupcake ingredients into a mixing bowl. Beat together, preferably with an electric mixer, until the mixture is pale and fluffy. Spoon the mixture into the cupcake papers and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for five minutes in the tin, before transferring to a wire rack. To decorate: once cool, you can start decorating your cakes. Bring the apricot jam to simmer in a small pan. Using a pastry brush, brush the exposed cake with the jam. To make a gravestone effect, take a walnut-sized piece of ready rolled white icing and add a few drops of natural black food coloring. Mix and knead until you get a marbled effect. add mixture of 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp chili powder and 1 tsp turmeric dissolved in little water. Slightly fry mixture and add chicken cubes with salt to taste. Fry well. Cook till water dries.Separately fry capsicum cubes and add to the chicken.Now add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and juice of 2 lemon. Simmer on low flame. Serve with plain boiled rice.
